Ocado has partnered with Centrical, the workforce management provider, to improve colleague engagement and employee experience.
The online grocer said Centrical’s platform will integrate with its existing planned technology, communication platforms and employee coaching frameworks to provide an “engaging experience” for both new starters and experienced hires.
Paul Greenwood, director of Ocado’s Sunderland-based customer hub, said: "Here at Ocado's customer hub, we're committed to delivering the absolute best experience for our customers, as well as our employees.”
