Homebase unveils new website

Home and garden retailer Homebase has unveiled its new website which includes updated features and a more personalised shopping experience.

The site now includes before and after makeovers, ‘shop the look’ content, as well as a wider a range of flexible payments including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Zip.

The company said that the website will also offer a more personalised shopping experience with customer accounts making it easy to manage orders and create wish lists.

The online investment is being matched instore with new 'get the look' displays, Storage & More 'shop within a shop' and even more choice across home and soft furnishings.

"We know that many people get their initial ideas for home and garden updates or transformation projects online, which has a huge impact on how they then want to shop,” said Damian McGloughlin, chief executive, Homebase. “I’m really excited and proud to launch our new website that will make it even easier to be inspired and will be supported by our stores which will show products in whole room sets to help customers envisage how the look could fit in their own home."
