East of England Co-op expands ‘Snappy Shopper’ rapid delivery service

The East of England Co-op has expanded its ‘Snappy Shopper’ rapid delivery service across a further 10 stores.

Orders are fulfilled through a technical agreement with Nash, an AI infrastructure for logistics company, which co-ordinates deliveries on behalf of the grocery retailer through couriers from Stuart, Uber Direct, and Just Eat Go.

The decision to expand follows a successful pilot across five stores in the region during November 2025.

The grocery retailer said that the move provides a more “scalable, sustainable and efficient delivery model”, allowing it to expand its reach without the need to operate its own delivery vehicles.

“We're delighted to add another 10 sites to our Snappy Shopper network,” said East of England Co-op’s chief commercial officer, Simon Dryell. “Making shopping as convenient as possible is vitally important to us as a business and this partnership with Snappy Shopper, helps deliver even more convenience to our members and customers.”

Snappy Shopper is now available to order from in the following East of England Co-op Food stores: Riverside, East Dereham; Costessey, Norwich; Thorpe St. Andrew, Norwich; Gorleston-on-Sea; Barking Road, Needham Market; Chantry, Ipswich; Henley Rise, Ipswich; Rushmere, Ipswich; Walton, Felixstowe; Waterbeach; Woodbridge; Earls Colne; Chesterwell, Colchester; Mersea Road, Colchester; and Stanway, Colchester.

The East of England Co-op is an independent retailer in East Anglia with food stores, funeral services, travel agents, petrol filling stations and security services across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

The organisation, which is owned by its members, has a turnover of more than £385 million.
