Lululemon to open 100th EMEA store in Poland

Lululemon will open its first store in Poland on 13 March in Warsaw, marking its 100th site across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and extending the group’s physical expansion in the region.

The company said that the Warsaw opening represents a milestone for the Canadian activewear brand, which has steadily built its presence in EMEA over nearly 12 years. The new store will launch in partnership with franchise operator Arion Retail Group.

The move forms part of a broader push announced last year to increase its global footprint in 2026 through franchise partnerships, with six new market entries planned in a single year. Additional countries scheduled for launch this year include Hungary, Romania, Greece, India and Austria.

The Poland debut follows a period of sustained store growth across EMEA, where the company has expanded to 99 locations prior to the Warsaw opening. Globally, Lululemon operates more than 760 stores.

Sarah Clark, senior vice president for EMEA, said: “As we continue to see strong demand for Lululemon across the region, we’re thrilled to grow our physical presence in Europe with the opening of the 100th store in EMEA, and first location in Poland, nearly 12 years after opening our first store in the region.”

Clark added: “We continue to see significant opportunity within EMEA as we scale our international business. With this new store we look forward to new guests across the region being able to experience our high performance and high style products, alongside our community-led experiences rooted in movement and wellbeing.”

The expansion in Poland follows further investment in established markets. The company opened a new company-operated store on London’s High Street Kensington on 13 February, its 13th location in the capital.

Lululemon recently increased its fourth-quarter sales forecast, reflecting continued demand for its products as it accelerates international growth through a combination of company-operated and franchise-led openings.
