Waitrose launches campaign created by Saatchi & Saatchi

Waitrose and Saatchi & Saatchi have today launched their new partnership with a campaign for the new Japan Menyū range.

The supermarket said the new campaign had been created by Saatchi & Saatchi and built on its ‘Food to Feel Good About’ brand promise, noting it puts Waitrose “high quality and great tasting products” at the heart of the creative.

Waitrose added that the new series of ads will feature across print, audio, digital and digital displays to deliver a campaign with numerous touchpoints intended to “deliver impact and cut-through” with its audiences.

“Our new Japan Menyū range is hugely exciting for all of us here at Waitrose, so what better way to mark the launch than with our first campaign with the brilliant team at Saatchi & Saatchi,” said Waitrose customer director Nathan Ansell. “Our new campaign makes a statement that can’t be missed by our audiences, whether that’s on the tube, on a digital screen or through the ad they hear on the radio.”

Retail should not be a high-risk occupation. As a company, we are focused on listening to our colleagues and customers to help them with the issues they are facing in-store and so far, the feedback on our body cameras has been excellent. They act as a great visual deterrent, help to de-escalate situations and overall, this project has significantly aided our goal to make the retail environment safer.
