Ted Baker appoints new chief customer, marketing and digital officer

Ted Baker has appointed Jason Beckley as its new chief customer, marketing and digital officer.

The executive previously served as chief marketing officer at Esprit on an interim basis.

Beckley has previously worked in marketing and brand strategy for brands such as Ralph Lauren, Clarks, Jack Wills, Alexander McQueen, and Alfred Dunhill.

The fashion brand said the executive will lead strategy and execution for its brand, marketing, customer, and digital teams.

In November 2021, Ted Baker announced it would be extending its deal with Retail Assist, a retail IT solutions provider, to include data exchange support for its teams.

“Refreshing and re-energising the Ted Baker brand is a key part of our growth strategy,” said Rachel Osborne, chief executive at Ted Baker. “We are excited to welcome Jason to our executive team, where his extensive experience will be invaluable as we continue to progress with the turnaround of this great global lifestyle brand.”
