OFFICE rolls out new unified ERP system

Fashion footwear retailer OFFICE has chosen Infor’s CloudSuite Fashion to align multiple business processes inside a new unified ERP system.

The system is delivered via multi-tenant cloud on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and will be rolled out by Infor partner Fortude.

The move, which is part of OFFICE’s wider digital transformation strategy, aims to simplify complex processes across its merchandising, warehousing, allocations, planning, and inventory management.

OFFICE’s omnichannel model was previously placing “considerable strain” on existing IT resources and the business wanted to have access to real-time insight.

“Our IT infrastructure wasn’t keeping pace with the business’ rate of growth,” said Jon Richens, OFFICE’s managing director. “Infor CloudSuite Fashion will provide the streamlined functionality that the business needs, resulting in real efficiency savings across the organisation.

"We will be able to deliver timely, accurate and insightful business information to the right people, at the right time, enabling faster, more pro-active decision-making.”

Retail should not be a high-risk occupation. As a company, we are focused on listening to our colleagues and customers to help them with the issues they are facing in-store and so far, the feedback on our body cameras has been excellent. They act as a great visual deterrent, help to de-escalate situations and overall, this project has significantly aided our goal to make the retail environment safer.
