Industry leaders celebrated at Retail Systems Awards 2025

The winners of this year's Retail Systems Awards have been announced following a prestigious ceremony held on 19th June in Central London, celebrating excellence and innovation across the retail technology sector.

Majestic Wine emerged as the standout performer of the evening, claiming two major awards in partnership with itim Group. The wine retailer triumphed in both the Online Innovation of the Year and Technology Project of the Year categories, demonstrating their commitment to digital transformation.

The ceremony, hosted by stand-up comedian Aurie Styla, recognised achievements across 22 categories, with retailers and technology vendors alike being honoured for their groundbreaking work in advancing the industry.

Several other notable winners included Yeo Valley Organic, who secured the Customer Experience Innovation of the Year award alongside Antavo AI Loyalty Cloud, and later claimed the Customer Loyalty Programme of the Year accolade with the same partner. VoCoVo took home the In-Store Technology of the Year award, whilst Constructor was recognised for Most Disruptive Retail Technology.

The payments sector was particularly well-represented, with multiple awards going to innovative solutions. Checkout.com won Payments System of the Year, whilst Ecommpay claimed both the Payments Innovation Award and Fraud Prevention Solution of the Year, highlighting the rapid evolution in financial technology.

Tesco featured prominently among the winners, securing both the Workplace Innovation Award and sharing the Experiential and Personalised Retail Solution of the Year award with Eagle Eye, demonstrating the retailer's continued investment in technology-driven customer experiences.

Jonathan Easton, Editor of Retail Systems, praised this year's winners: "The calibre of entries this year has been exceptional, showcasing the incredible innovation and resilience within our industry. These winners represent the very best of retail technology, driving forward solutions that enhance customer experiences whilst addressing real business challenges."
