Hugo Boss to roll out shop-from-store

Hugo Boss is rolling out Nedap’s iD cloud platform across its retail business.

The new technology will enable the fashion brand to know exactly what is in stock in stores so it can offer Shop-From-Store and Click & Collect.

The move forms part of the company’s plans to improve supply chain visibility and merchandise availability.

All Hugo Boss’ global stores will be equipped with Nedap’s iD Cloud store app to help speed up stock counts.

Earlier this month, Hugo Boss announced it had opened a new tech-first flagship store on London’s Oxford Street.

As part of Boss’s 500-million-euro store renovation programme entitled CLAIM 5, the new concept store aims to blend digital and in-store shopping experience and strengthen the customer journey along different consumer touchpoints, the company said.
