Metapack to run global shipping and returns for Nespresso

E-commerce delivery tech vendor Metapack has been selected to run global shipping and returns services for Nespresso.

The Nestle-owned coffee maker manufacturer operates in 82 countries and has 13,900 employees worldwide.

The partnership will see a variety of Metapack’s products such as Delivery Manager, Delivery Options, Delivery Tracker, Delivery Intelligence, and Returns Portal implemented across Nespresso’s markets.

Via its shipping API, Metapack said it will manage and maintain integrations and provide Nespresso with access to its library of carriers and delivery services.

The news comes after Metapack partnered with Trunkrs in August, a Netherlands-based company specialising in same-day and next-day delivery.
