Global professional services company Accenture has acquired retail technology services firm Logic.
Headquartered in Minnesota, US, Logic’s technology aims to help retailers drive customer loyalty, boost revenue, and increase agility.
The firm currently operates in 11 countries and serves more than 150 retail clients on a global scale with a range of capabilities including merchandising, stores, digital, analytics and cloud.
As part of the deal, Accenture is integrating Logic’s 800-strong team.
The agreement aims to expand Accenture's retail capabilities with the addition of skills in core technologies and platforms, including AI and generative AI.
