Sustainable fashion brand Finsu appoints chief growth officer

Sustainable fashion brand Finsu has appointed Ric Rodriguez as chief growth officer and co-founder.

The London-based retailer, which was founded last year, said that Rodriguez will lead the company’s marketing, branding, creative, content, and e-commerce strategy.

He previously established the digital marketing function and ESG approach at fine jewellery business Vashi.

Prior to this, he held roles at Yext and marketing agencies within Dentsu, Croud, and iCrossing.

“Finsu has developed an industry-leading approach to help people shop consciously without having to compromise on the products or retail experience,” commented Rodriguez on his appointment. “To me, this is critical for making change happen."

He continued: “We know that fashion’s impact on people and the planet is critical, but by winning the hearts and minds of customers who are increasingly looking for sustainable products - by offering a meaningful alternative to fast fashion - we can alter our course away from climate disaster.”

Poundland significantly reduces antisocial behaviour, aggression and shoplifting with Motorola Solutions VT100 body cameras
Retail should not be a high-risk occupation. As a company, we are focused on listening to our colleagues and customers to help them with the issues they are facing in-store and so far, the feedback on our body cameras has been excellent. They act as a great visual deterrent, help to de-escalate situations and overall, this project has significantly aided our goal to make the retail environment safer.
