Moss Bros partners with Klarna for Pay Later service

Payments provider Klarna is teaming up with men’s formalwear brand Moss Bros to offer customers a pay later service on their purchases.

Moss Bros is the latest retailer to partner with Klarna’s Pay Later service, which will enable customers to try on and return items for 14 days before paying for them, with no interest or fees.

It is claimed that the innovative payment programme boosts sales and increases purchase frequency for fashion retailers, as consumers tend to take home more items than they normally would before making a final purchasing decision.

Luke Griffiths, Klarna’s UK general manager, said that allowing consumers to try before they buy is one way the company is aiming to make online shopping a smoother and more convenient experience.

“As the retail landscape evolves, especially in fashion, our partnership with Moss Bros. shows their strong commitment to providing the best service for their customers in an increasingly competitive environment,” he added.

Matt Henton, head of e-commerce at Moss Bros, said: “We’re constantly on the lookout for new ways to provide our customers with a better experience throughout their entire purchasing journey, and payments are an intrinsic part of this.”
