Aldi is launching a supermarket beauty club and is on a nationwide hunt for 20 members of the public to trial and review items from its new summer range of Lacura beauty products before they go on general sale.
Those chosen to review the supermarket's new beauty products will get to trial a range of products including pigmented makeups and fragrances.
Testers will have to review aspects of the products including smell, colour, look, and feel across five weeks ahead of their release in stores on 22 June.
Hash-tagging #AldiBeautyClub, the testers will also be required to share a minimum of two static posts of videos on TikTok and Instagram – with the feedback set to inform beauty bosses ahead of key decisions made for beauty products in 2024, Aldi said.
Julie Ashfield, managing director of Aldi UK said the initiative would provide a “fantastic opportunity” for the supermarket to hear the voice of its shoppers and improve and develop its ranges for next year.
Aldi was recently named the UK’s cheapest supermarket in February by consumer champion Which?.
