XPO appoints new general counsel for Europe

Freight transport company XPO Logistics has announced the appointment of Rémi Dujon as general counsel for Europe.

Dujon began the role on 1 December 2021.

He is responsible for corporate legal matters related to the company’s European business and will serve on the executive board.

Dujon has over 24 years of senior legal experience with publicly traded companies in the technology and industrial sectors. Prior to XPO, he served as general counsel for global steel tubes manufacturer Vallourec; and as general counsel for global telecommunications and IT services provider Orange Business Services.

"Rémi is a seasoned legal executive with a strong track record of meeting organisational and commercial objectives,” said Luis Gomez, XPO president, Europe. “We're delighted to welcome him to our executive team in Europe, where our growth strategy will benefit from his extensive knowledge of international business law."
