THG Ingenuity partners with API platform

THG Ingenuity, the e-commerce services provider, is partnering with API integration platform Jitterbit.

THG Ingenuity will use Jitterbit’s technology connect to clients’ existing business systems including logistics platforms, ERP software and third party deliver.

The partnership will allow THG Ingenuity to broaden its offering to clients and streamline the onboarding process which can involve integrating multiple third-party systems.

THG Ingenuity helps brands take their products directly to consumers (DTC). Brands currently using the platform include Myprotein, Homebase and Nestlé.

Commenting on the news Zach Low, senior vice president of revenue at THG Ingenuity said: “We’re continuing to see thriving demand for strong and comprehensive DTC strategies, as businesses around the globe invest in their digital services for customers.”

He added: “Our unique, end-to-end e-Commerce platform has proven to be a huge competitive advantage, helping our brand partners scale, expand and grow their DTC offerings. Being able to increase our ability to integrate with client’s existing data systems and services, as well as increase the speed we can onboard onto the Ingenuity platform further enhances our value for our clients”.
