ING launches shopping platform in Germany

Dutch financial organisation ING has launched online shopping platform DealWise in Germany.

New features include the latest shopping deals and personalised offers based on customer behaviour.

“DealWise not only takes away the hassle of finding a good offer, but also helps consumers save on their daily spending by promoting a healthier financial behaviour”, said Laura Wirtz, head of daily banking & payments, ING Germany.

Customers will be able to access the platform via ING’s banking app.

According to the financial services business, more than 1,000 online brands in fashion, accessories, electronics and IT, as well as travel and tourism have partnered with DealWise, with more to join in the future.

It said that the platform will allow merchants to better understand customers based on their behaviour.
