Hobbs rolls out personalisation solution

Hobbs has implemented RichRelevance’s Recommend solution to deliver data driven product recommendations for shoppers. It is using the technology on its homepage, product pages, category listing and checkout basket.

The personalisation solution has significantly reduced our staff workload by removing the need for manual curation of product recommendations.”
