Fluent Commerce raises $33m

Fluent Commerce has completed its Series B financing, raising $33 million.

Led by Santa Monica-based Arrowroot Capital, the investment will allow the Australian headquartered order management software provider to continue development of its growing suite of unified omnichannel solutions.

The company intends to use the funds to drive sales and marketing, accelerate product development and continue to expand globally. Arrowroot Capital’s vice president Matt Klein and partner Clem O’Donnell will be joining Fluent Commerce’s board.

Graham Jackson, Fluent Commerce’ chief executive, commented: “With Arrowroot’s experience and partnership, we’re looking forward to enhancing our product capabilities, growing our global footprint, and driving significant improvement in customer experience and convenience for our client’s customers.”

The cloud-native solution is used by some of the largest retailers in Australia, Europe and North America, including Woolworths, Target, JD Sports, Conbipel, Etro, El Palacio de Hierro and Pokemon.
