Esprit selects Salesforce to upgrade digital strategy

Esprit has selected Salesforce to enhance its digital strategy for retailers and consumers.

The international fashion brand is bringing its e-commerce and marketing on a single platform to transform shopping journeys and deliver personalised experiences.

“Today, digital generates more than 27 per cent of our revenue and our partnership with Salesforce will allow us to grow this important channel with new customer experiences,” said Leif Erichson, chief digital and operations officer at Esprit.

Esprit is deploying Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Einstein to create artificial intelligence-powered e-commerce and marketing journeys that connect across mobile, social, web and more.

Customers will get predictive product recommendations and offers tailored to their individual needs, while Esprit will get an order of merchandise to stock multiple stores for an entire season, with shipping for multiple delivery dates and locations.

To accelerate its digital transformation, Esprit has partnered with Salesforce Success Cloud advisory services.
