Denby expands ecommerce presence with platform revamp

Denby has partnered with e-commerce solution provider Shopline, as the tableware retailer seeks to enhance its e-commerce presence and improve the customer online shopping experience.

As part of the move, Shopline will re-platform the homeware brand with a focus on streamlining its digital processes and creating a more unified platform for sellers and ads. The move aims to provide greater visibility across all of the company’s online processes and omnichannel capabilities.

The integration also aims to enable Denby to improve long-term customer loyalty as the firm seeks to expand its international reach.

The process will see Shopline working in partnership with Like Digital, a Llondon-headquartered agency offering digital transformation services to retail and luxury brands.

Like Digital’s current clients include fashion brands La Perla and Mulberry and hotel chain Atlantis The Royal.

Paula Bullas, head of e-commerce at Denby, emphasised how implementing these new capabilities will enable the firm to create a more seamless user experience.

“Shopline’s advanced technology will allow us to not only develop our digital capabilities but importantly, realign ourselves with our customers and what matters most to them,” she said.
