Deliveroo expands in-app loyalty collection

Comptoir Libanais has become the second restaurant to launch its loyalty programme on the Deliveroo app.

The Lebanese and Middle Eastern restaurant joins a growing number of loyalty programmes across restaurant, grocery, and retail on the delivery platform.

UK customers will now be able to link their ‘Club Comptoir’ account to their Deliveroo account to earn in-restaurant rewards when they order through the app, with more orders meaning more rewards.

After placing an eligible order, customers will now have the option to input the loyalty number registered to their ‘Club Comptoir’ account at checkout.

Customers will be able to redeem rewards, such as £5 when they first sign up to Club Comptoir, in Comptoir Libanais restaurants across the UK.

Comptoir Libanais, is a collection of 22 restaurants located across London, nationwide and international Travel Hubs, including Manchester, Bath, Birmingham, Oxford, Dubai and Milan.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing more loyalty schemes to Deliveroo as we continue to prioritise providing the very best value and experience for our customers," said Carlo Mocci, chief business officer, Deliveroo. "Comptoir Libanais is a household favourite, and one of our longest standing partners on the app, so we’re thrilled to continue growing and strengthening our partnership together.”

The restaurant first partnered with Deliveroo in 2013, becoming one of the first major restaurant partners to join the platform.

Conrad Patterson, managing director at Comptoir Libanais said: “Deliveroo is our biggest delivery partner and this partnership is a key source of growth for us. This collaboration has been instrumental in expanding our reach as we continue on our journey to introduce as many people as possible to Middle Eastern food and culture. We can’t wait to take our partnership to the next level as we introduce ‘Club Comptoir’ to Deliveroo."
