Co-op to offer member prices on Just Eat

Co-op has announced that its members will benefit from special member prices when purchasing its products through the Just Eat Platform.

The grocery retailer said members will see discounts on around 150 everyday products and essentials, saving around 37 per cent.

Co-op added that it is the first supermarket to offer member savings through the rapid delivery service platform.

To receive the price saving benefits, Co-op members are prompted to add their membership number when shopping on the Co-op page on the Just Eat app.

Co-op has grown its quick commerce channel through its own online shop and with partners such as Just Eat, who it has worked with since 2022.

Delivery via Just Eat is now available from over 1,000 Co-op stores.

Online orders are picked in a store and delivered in the local area in as little as an hour.

Co-op said this approach ensures the High Street store also benefits from online demand.

As it has a store in every postal area, Co-op said around 86 per cent of the UK population has access to Co-op groceries online.

"We are committed to offering great value, deals and promotions for everyone to enjoy, while providing additional savings to those who own our business, our members,” said Gary Kisby, Co-op’s qcommerce trading director. “We are delighted to introduce member price savings with Just Eat, ensuring added value across an extensive range and choice of everyday essentials which are available quickly and conveniently online from local Co-op stores."
