PayPal is opening a pop-up store in downtown Manhattan to showcase the new digital payment services they plan to offer.
According to reports the store is set to open on 1 November for four months and will enable merchants to experience real-time, real-world demonstrations of emerging point of sale technologies.
Passers-by can scan QR codes on the outside of the building with their smartphones to learn more about the company's efforts.
