Direct Golf UK, the largest multi-channel golf retailer in the UK and Europe, has upgraded its signage solution to Immediate Impact from Episys. The upgrade allows the retailer to centrally manage its in-store promotions more effectively, ensuring a consistent messaging across all stores and thereby increasing the amount of time staff can spend on the shop floor serving customers.

As well as trading through mail order and the internet, Direct Golf UK has 17 stores throughout the UK. The Episys Immediate Impact system will be implemented across all of these stores replacing the existing manual stores process.

Neil Bell, Managing Director at Direct Golf UK, said, “The manual production process for our in-store signage became more of a challenge as we expanded our business and we needed to ensure brand consistency ran across all our stores. Using Immediate Impact will enable us to achieve this. We pride ourselves on providing consistently high level of service across all of our outlets, whether our customers choose to shop in our Cambridge, Farnborough or Huddersfield stores. The look and feel of our in-store signage is an important part of this experience.”
