SG Systems UK Limited, provider of anti-theft solutions and CCTV design house, has launched the new handheld verifier/deactivator wand. The modern 8.2mhzRF is designed to deliver quick and efficient label detection and deactivation, all in one swift movement.
The tool can both detect and deactivate all 8.2mhz labels with a detection range of about eight cm and a five cm deactivation range. The handheld device can be carried by a sales assistant or security guard on a belt.
Patricia Oles, marketing manager for SG Systems, says: “We believe that this handheld verifier/deactivator wand will become an irreplaceable loss prevention product for busy retailers, who would like to accelerate the checkout process and improve customer satisfaction.”
