Dragon's Den star Paragon has successfully listed its new laundry products on tesco.com with the help of Brandbank. Paragon achieved fame when it appeared twice on the BBC's popular programme and twice rejected an investment offer.

The company's founder Paul Ward thereby became the first person ever to turn down a six-figure investment offer from Dragon’s Den James Caan and go on to exceed the financial targets he set in the Den.

In June this year, Paragon signed its first ever retail contract with Tesco to distribute two laundry products nationally. At Tesco's recommendation, Paragon turned to Brandbank to quickly create the appropriate content and upload to Tesco's e-commerce site.

"We wanted to work with a specialist that could move very quickly," says Paul Ward. "And Brandbank delivered. The process was very straightforward from our perspective. We shipped samples of our products to Brandbank, they took some great photography and captured the relevant product information. As soon as we approved the content, it was automatically uploaded to the Tesco web site – which translates into immediate sales opportunities for us."
