Torex partnering with Phoenix IT Services

Torex is transferring its UK hardware maintenance and warehousing and logistics operations to Phoenix IT Services from 1 February 2010.

Torex says that this will enable it to continuously meet the changing service expectations of the retail, hospitality and convenience sectors as it seeks to deliver a competitive offering to its customers. "We continually strive to provide our customers with the best solutions available to meet their needs," says Steve Rowley, CEO at Torex. "The partnership with Phoenix IT Services will add additional field service excellence into our customer relationships coupled with enhanced commercial support for hardware and the provision of new services that can be presented to our customers. We will continue to manage all of the customer relationships, while offering enhanced services of Phoenix."
