Peter Mila, information, e-commerce and logistics director at the luxury shirt maker, comments: "We will benefit from a single inventory view, even greater customer service opportunities and the sharing of knowledge across multiple channels. That includes a synchronized 'single view' of our customers, products and inventory data throughout our business."
