Sweaty Betty upgrades online shopping service

Written by Chris Lemmon

Women’s activewear brand Sweaty Betty has signed a deal with e-commerce systems provider Tryzens to help transform its online offering for customers.

The new site will be built with a mobile responsive design, built on a cloud platform which enables Sweaty Betty to efficiently simplify administration and merchandising. Designed to provide the customers with a more easy-to-use platform, the initial website is due to go live later this year.

Simon Hill-Norton, CEO of Sweaty Betty, commented: “To support continued international growth and to enhance our online experience, we are upgrading our web platform to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud. To make this re-platform a success we have chosen Tryzens as our partner for systems integration.”

Andy Burton, CEO of Tryzens, added: “We are proud to have been selected as Sweaty Betty’s delivery partner to help them take the next steps in their online growth strategy and fully embrace the opportunity of an omnichannel customer experience.

“We have shared business goals and cultures and a joint passion through our roadmap together over the next 18 months to ensure that we will continue to innovate and evolve the site together well after its launch.”
