Summit Media is to handle all pay-per-click (PPC) requirements for Comet.

The retailer selected Summit because it wanted a step change in its PPC activity and the agency's newly-launched Portfolio Manager tool was able to deliver improved results. In the first 48 hours of going live, it increased Comet's reach across key categories whilst maintaining their desired cost of sale.

Ryan Thomas, head of direct channels at Comet Group, says: "Portfolio Manager's use of product feeds to power search campaigns has transformed our approach to PPC and delivered a step change in results within just 48 hours of going live. This, combined with Summit's innovative approach, will produce great results."
