Retail Systems Awards: shortlist announced

The shortlist for the Retail Systems Awards 2011 has now been announced, and we have some fantastic entries this year.

This year’s list of nominees includes technology vendors and retailers such as; The Co-operative Group, Mothercare, Tesco.com, Comet, Kiddicare, Boots UK, McDonald's, Shutl, Commidea, Torex, Verifone, and Usablenet.

Categories include: EPoS innovation of the year; Multi-channel retailer of the year; Retail security initiative of the year; Technology vendor of the year; Best use of in-store marketing technology in retail; Best use of technology in the hospitality and leisure sector; IT team of the year.

With new categories such as: Mobile retailer of the year and International retailer of the year.

The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 26 October at the Lancaster Hotel, London. There were a record number of entries this year, so if you didn't make it onto the shortlist, please do enter again in 2012.
