Peacocks has extended its EPoS service and maintenance agreement with Vista Retail Support.

Vista will support the fashion value retailer across its 500 sites, providing service on 2,000 lanes of in-store EPoS and back office. Brendan McKeown, group IT director at Peacocks, says: "We have developed a good working relationship with Vista which I feel is important in any business. They offer us advice on what we need to do in order to sweat our assets and get the most from our EPoS. Not having to worry about the maintenance and support is a huge weight off our shoulders."

"The support we have received to date has always been to a high standard. As a business we have expansion plans over the next 18 months and our aim is to open a further 30-50 sites, and it's good to know we already have supplier in place who can take care of our EPoS estate," he adds.
