High Street fashion store, New Look, is delivering a cross-channel marketing campaign for its new m-commerce website. Using Responsys Interact Suite's behavioural analysis, targeting, and testing capabilities, New Look was able to automate highly personalised, mobile-optimised emails, designed to drive traffic to its new site.
The fashion retailer employed the new system to gain insight into the web browsing behaviours of their users and allow them to identify and target customers with a preference for using mobile devices. New Look then created new mobile-optimised campaigns, which resulted in a 300n per cent increase in programme performance.
