Marks and Spencer has signed a deal for Secure from Sysrepublic to help tackle fraud, theft and shrink across its store portfolio.
This will be rolled out later in the year. Darrell Stein, director of IT and logistics at Marks and Spencer, says: "We selected the Secure system to automatically analyse PoS data to detect fraud patterns. The Sysrepublic team were very flexible in assisting us with proving the business case for the project, running a two week trial to achieve this in 120 stores."
