Leapfrog Research & Planning has been retained to manage all research services for Tesco Customer Question Time (CQT) in a 12-month contract.

CQT is handled by Leapfrog's In-Situ, a division created to measure consumer touch points across individual stores or outlets. It includes both quant and qual methodologies to analyse individual store performance in terms of customer satisfaction with existing stores as well as proposed redevelopments and new builds. The brief covers all Tesco stores types. Leapfrog first won the CQT contract in 2007 and has worked closely with the grocer for the past 15 years, consulting on areas such as point-of-purchase, product selection, branding and finance.
