Lakeland renews Vista EPoS contract

Lakeland has renewed its EPoS service and maintenance agreement with Vista Retail Support.

Vista will continue to support the retailer of homeware and kitchen products over the next three years across its 44 sites, providing service on 215 lanes of in-store EPoS, while also supporting 44 PCs in its back office environment.

Gary Marshall, operations director at Lakeland, comments: "Our EPoS system is an essential part of our business. We need our systems running efficiently at all times. We chose to renew our contract with Vista due to the consistent level of service we have received over the last six years. They have a great understanding of the retail industry and understand the importance of great customer service within our market."
