Webcredible has been appointed by JD Sports for a usability testing project on its website. This is designed to identify updates that can be made to the user experience in the short-term, as well as making strategic recommendations to feed into JD Sports development plans for the coming year.

The usability testing project will consist of eight participants performing various tasks on the JD website. Analysis and recommendations will then be communicated to the retailer. Wayne Holland, senior web designer at JD Sports, comments: "Online retail sales are continually on the rise and, in a highly competitive market, it\\\\\'s important that we are in a position to capitalise on people\\\\\'s increasing propensity to buy online by offering the best online user experience possible. We have been continually developing our site and Webcredible\\\\\'s expertise will be key in establishing any areas of the site where improvements can be made to further meet user needs."
