Home furnishings retailer Heal’s has launched an m-commerce site, using the mobile platform solution from Venda, powered by Digby Localpoint Storefront. Intended to complement Heal's e-commerce site and six retail stores in the UK, the mobile site features a store locator, ratings and reviews, and social integration.
“With an increasing percentage of our online traffic coming from mobile devices, adding a mobile site was a strategic next step for us,” says Mike Traill, head of e-commerce at Heal’s. “The shift to mobile creates a huge opportunity for us to engage with our valuable customers on a deeper, more personal level.”
