Eurostop is helping Punkyfish add a new customer loyalty system to its offering.

Primarily a teen brand, Punkyfish currently has 12 stores across the UK and plans to have up to 20 stores by the end of 2010. In addition, worldwide it has several hundred distributors for the wholesale side of the business. It is using Eurostop\'s e‑pos and e‑rmis retail management systems to run its head office, store and warehouse operations. The system has recently been extended to include loyalty data. Customers email addresses are collected at till point, so that the retailer can communicate directly with customers, sending details of special offers, new ranges and events at their local store.

A spokesperson for Punkyfish comments: "The Eurostop system has supported our continued growth. The system saves us a lot of time and resource. It provides timely and accurate data enabling us to make fast business decisions which in part has enabled us to stay profitable in these tough trading conditions. The customer loyalty module has enabled us to capture details about our customers, so that we are able to communication with them directly. This has certainly helped us to boost sales."
