Bravissimo has worked with IT consultancy Centralis to virtualise all its applications and centralise IT delivery across the business.

As a result, the lingerie, clothes and swimwear retailer has been able to simplify the way in which stock information and PoS applications are delivered to retail stores.

Having the capability to scale its IT was particularly important to the multi-channel retailer as the addition of new stores meant that it could support new demand without increasing IT headcount and cost. Centralis developed and rolled out a solution built on Citix XenApp to support this.

“Throughout the project, requirements changed continuously as we worked with Centralis to ensure the solution achieved everything we needed it to. Indeed, I would say that the only thing that remained constant was the fact we were going to use Citrix products,” says Ian Murphy, IT manager at Bravissimo. “The team took all this in their stride and we were very pleased with the final results which are proof of the hard work and dedication from both sides.”
