Best Buy UK adds customer reviews to website

Best Buy has selected Reevoo to provide customer reviews for its UK transactional website, due to go live this autumn. The site will also include My Best Buy, the company's customer retention and rewards programme and a consumer forum, an advice section as well as a regularly updated technology blog.

The reviews/ratings will appear on the product detail page next to the description and price. deVere Forster, online managing director at Best Buy UK, says: “The authentic consumer reviews from Reevoo will complement our already extensive range of advice and information about all kinds of consumer technology. It has a very strong reputation in the electronics and home appliance reviews market. The information they provide will help further equip our customers with the knowledge needed to make an informed choice about what’s right for them.”

Richard Anson, founder and chief executive at Reevoo, comments: “The team are absolutely delighted to be supporting Best Buy by providing consumer reviews as part of the launch of its transactional website in the UK. With over one million reviews across 75,000 electrical products, we look forward to proving unique value to its customers.”
