Supermarket giant Asda has announced the launch of Asda Money, the new online home for Asda financial products and services.
The site has been designed from the ground up and acts as a platform for Asda customers to explore and apply for a range of financial products including credit card, motor, home and pet insurance, life insurance, travel insurance and travel money.
The launch marks a 10 year milestone for Asda Finance, which will now be known as Asda Money. It also coincides with the launch of the new Asda Money Credit Card (which offers cashback, not points).
To complete the build, LBi worked in partnership with key Asda stakeholders and partners, and assembled a blended team of developers, user experience specialists and creative designers to deliver a website that accurately reflects the supermarket giant’s brand values and customer segments.
Features of the new site include tools such as a credit card cashback calculator and a currency rate ticker. Since the travel insurance products are most widely viewed via mobile devices, this entire section is fully optimised for viewing via mobile browsers.
