Emailvision is working with Agent Provocateur to implement a more sophisticated and targeted email strategy that will grow its online revenues.
The luxury lingerie brand recently bought the campaign development process in-house, and Emailvision's on demand SaaS platform, Campaign Commander, was introduced.
Joanna Kelly, senior e-commerce manager at Agent Provocateur, comments: "Our customers are incredibly loyal to the brand and we want to reward them by sending the most relevant, targeted and engaging communications possible. Email will be a critical communications vehicle for this so we have partnered with Emailvision to increase the sophistication of our programme, improve our campaign development processes and maximise the value of the channel."
