of Progress EasyAsk advanced search, navigation and
dynamic merchandising technology

Redcat’s
is developing a home shopping infrastructure to complete
its transition from a mail-order retailer of apparel,
home and lifestyle products to a multi-channel home-shopping
merchant. EasyAsk will be used as its standard search
functionality and customer interface.
The solution features a multi-lingual linguistic search
facility and can be
rapidly deployed.Through a unified architecture, also
known as its Millena Platform, Redcats will increase
efficiency and implement ecommerce best practice across
its retail websites worldwide.
Embedding EasyAsk into websites aims to help consumers
find the products they
want more easily due to its natural language search
capabilities and synchronised navigation features.
