The specialist shoe retailer introduced a new EPoS solution across the estate which utilised high speed real-time communication, so the need to maintain and continue to support ADSL communication links in each of its stores was necessary.
Roger West, IT manager at Charles Clinkard, says: “We choose to renew with Vodat based on the competitive proposal that was put forward. Their continued support means we experienced no disruption to ours stores as the WAN was already in place. We were already pleased with the quality and the level of support we had received from them so far, so for Clinkards it was an obvious choice to re-sign with Vodat."
