Feefo snags Charles Tyrwhitt contract

Upmarket clothes retailer Charles Tyrwhitt has passed all of its online feedback operations, including those in the US, to Feefo


The online feedback platform says the contract is proof that it can compete with market leader, Bazaarvoice. “We have total confidence in what we have to offer because it is unique in its combination of total independence and the fact that it delivers reviews on both service and products. That is why we expect to become a global force,” says Ed Lennox, Feefo’s sales and marketing director.

Nick Wheeler, founder and chairman of Charles Tyrwhitt, says he has appointed the company because of its independence and honesty. “We have already had 50,000 individual feedback responses and over 125,000 product reviews from customers through Feefo, and I find the instantaneous snapshot of the ‘state of the nation’ from a couple of pages of feedback incredibly empowering. If things are going wrong, they are flagged instantaneously and we can react fast to ensure that our high levels of customer service are not compromised.”
