MCC, a Microsoft Dynamics AX solution, will be implemented in all the retailer's 17 UK stores, including EPoS lanes, as well as in the back office and central distribution centre. It also provides a fully integrated e-commerce solution replacing the existing Jacobs transactional website, so all sales channels will be centred on a single solution for an improved customer experience.
