The Bourne Leisure Group, owner of Butlins Holiday Resorts, has turned to Commidea reseller, Opus, for its new chip and PIN package
Working across all three Butlins sites – Minehead, Skegness and Bognor Regis – Opus replaced a total of 85 dated swipe and sign terminals with Commidea’s Ocius for PCs credit and debit card payment processing system. “The install process was very smooth and most importantly the service to our guests was not affected,” comments Ian Cross of Butlins. “The software is very intuitive and our team embraced the change. It’s rare to install a system without significant teething troubles.”
