The retail entreprenaur will be launching GIVe in eight own stores, 16 concession partners and online on 1st October. K3 will implement Microsoft Dynamics to manage all sales channels, manage inventory and provide accurate, timely information for all users. The financial and purchasing ordering stages of the project have already gone live, with the full implementation due to commence in the autumn. The project also includes the installation of information kiosks in stores, linking directly to the website.

We wanted to have stores and an online channel that offers customers a fantastic experience at whatever point they connect with us, and in order to do so we knew we needed a robust and flexible system in place that could cope with all our plans,” says Nigel Roberts, head of e-commerce, systems and logistics at GIVe. “One of the department stores that we will be selling through as a concession partner is already a customer of K3’s, so we were confident that they had the expertise and knowledge to provide us with a sound platform. We’ve been impressed with their ability to meet our requirements. What they said would be delivered has been delivered.”
